Cognitive acceleration materials for primary schools
Here we provide full references for the materials for teachers and pupils which promote cognitive acceleration in primary schools (and some for early secondary which may be mined for more able Year 5s and 6s). They are listed in order of the age group for which they are intended,
starting with Reception (4- to 5-year olds). See also Chapter 5 for a more comprehensive description of each publication. Many can be ordered through the publishers’ websites:
